Seattle, WA – Aug 2, 2018 – LeadershipLab19 (LL19), an invitation-only, exclusive peer community for growth-minded emerging executives on the trajectory to be the thought leaders and industry shapers of the future, opened its application process today for the second LL19 cohort launching October 18, 2018.
Each cohort is highly-curated. Applicants must be nominated by his or her CEO or be invited to self-nominate. Only 30 executives will be selected for the October cohort.
“The LL19 program is the most valuable leadership program I have ever had the opportunity to be a part of,” said Sarah Martino, VP, Product Management, Accolade. “Topics like rank, power, privilege and influence are very different from typical leadership development sessions.”
Author of the book “From the CEO’s Perspective,” executive coach and LL19 founder Teri Citterman, along with executive coach/facilitator colleagues Jan Gelman and Stacey Sargent, designed the program to help expand each executive’s leadership capacity and raise the altitude of their thinking to lead from the CEO’s perspective.
The current cohort includes multiple executives from: Alaska Airlines, Accolade, AllRecipes, Century Link, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Clipper Navigations, Columbia Hospitality, Ernst & Young, Fred Hutch, Level 11, Meylah, Microsoft, MOD Pizza, OfferUp, Space Needle, Special Olympics US Games, Starbucks, Tom Douglas Restaurants, Virginia Mason.
“LL19 goes beyond the theory and philosophy of leadership by transforming it into actual leadership practice. It is the most practical executive leadership development program that I am aware of,” said Brian Stading, President NW Region, CenturyLink.
Applicants must be the equivalent of a VP+ to participate in the 12-month program. Potential participants can learn more here.
